Course Details

Mindfulness is a brain training activity. After Mindfulness training individuals are able to relax and focus on their own thoughts, emotions and body. It is a non-invasive and fast acting intervention that has many mental health benefits. It is easily taught and can be practised immediately after training and with further practice it will increase in effectiveness.

There are many benefits attributed to mindfulness

  • Most important of which is reducing stress

  • Enhancing of brain function

  • Improving creativity, memory and mental resilience

  • Controlling pain, blood pressure, stress hormones and reducing addiction

All of these are highly relevant for working adults

The approach

Our programme is separated into two distinct parts, usually over 1 day. The L-evate programme will provide clients with a recognition of the power of mindfulness and acceptance of the ease with which they will acquire the skills necessary to become mindfulness practitioners
