The mindfulness sessions we provide enable the participants to:
Understand what stress & anxiety are (in & out of the workplace) – and how to use mindfulness to manage it more effectively (using tools such as breathwork & meditation)
Know how to maintain a healthier lifestyle, including better quality sleep & healthier coping mechanisms
Distinguish between negative automatic thoughts (cognitive distortions) & reality, with a view to being able to mindfully let go of unhelpful judgments of self and others
Maximise their potential, by becoming more mindful of the crippling power of fear of failure & being able to overcome it
Build up their self-esteem through challenging themselves in a SMART way, whilst being able to acknowledge & accept both their strengths & those areas requiring improvement
