Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
In this Mindfulness course, you will learn how mindfulness works and how to practice this in your daily life. This is a practical course; mindfulness is the awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose in the present moment.
This unique model of Mindfulness Life Coaching incorporates 26 essential themes for a flourishing and meaningful life. Using an integrative approach the model encourages you to connect with the inner self and develop new behavioural patterns in order to manifest your exceptional higher self.
?Mediation is a non-judgemental, confidential space which allows individuals to speak openly and honestly about concerns. The use of an external party creates trust and confidence in the process. A coaching and friendly approach help individuals to come to a mutual agreement on how to move forward.
Mindfulness can be used to keep people focused on the present, which can help them in achieving peace and calm when they need it most.
