Hi, I am Shilpa Salve, a Certified Life Coach, Author and Internationally recognized Yoga Trainer, professionally trained by the Yoga & Ayurveda Prabodhini & Vishwa Yoga School and Research Centre and certified by Arfeen Khan. I have been learning Yoga since the age of 13, and have worked with various institutes and coaching centers all along the way.
