The Beginners Program has been designed for everyone and anyone. It is suitable for all ages, genders and sizes. Prior experience is not required. Over the last decade we have assembled the framework for a mix of striking, grappling and body weight based movements to help develop an individuals physicality and instincts to effectively defend themselves, and also be able to get fitter, stronger and more confident in the process. Strength and Conditioning Circuits
We believe that training the physicality of one's body is an integral part of developing a well rounded technical martial arts base, and in turn developing a well rounded individual.
With specially designed body weight circuits that consist of movements from different martial arts to help condition the body, develop cardiovascular ability and train the body and mind to perform under high pressure situations common to real life self defence and combat competition scenarios. Apart from the basic strengthening of the body, the goal of our strength and conditioning program is to develop an individual's physical ability to effectively perform movements and techniques taught as part of the beginners program.
Warrior's Cove Mixed Martial Arts Academy, established in 2012 is one of India's first authentic Self-Defense and Mixed Martial Arts Academies. Over the years, WCMMA has become synonymous with imparting the highest quality of instruction in the country. Since 2012, we have been on the forefront of initiating the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai & MMA movement within India.

Mixed Martial Arts training is offered by Bodhi Dharma Martial Arts for all skill level. Martial Arts training center in Ernakulam run by Master Suran who have more than 50 years of experience.
In each session, training will comprise of exercises for strength-building, and practice of Martial Arts techniques. It usually takes 6 months to get a higher belt and with each gradation, exercises and techniques change significantly.
"Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts.
Among the very noticeable benefits or MMA Training, based on participants, is the higher strength. Greater strength will occur after just a couple of weeks of frequently participating in training.
