Course Details

The Beginners Program has been designed for everyone and anyone. It is suitable for all ages, genders and sizes. Prior experience is not required. Over the last decade we have assembled the framework for a mix of striking, grappling and body weight based movements to help develop an individuals physicality and instincts to effectively defend themselves, and also be able to get fitter, stronger and more confident in the process. Over the last decade, we have assembled a framework for a mix of striking, grappling and body-weight based movements while developing the physical ability to defend yourself, sharpen your instincts.

 

Strength and Conditioning Circuits

We believe that training the physicality of one's body is an integral part of developing a well rounded technical martial arts base, and in turn developing a well rounded individual.

With specially designed body weight circuits that consist of movements from different martial arts to help condition the body, develop cardiovascular ability and train the body and mind to perform under high pressure situations common to real life self defence and combat competition scenarios. Apart from the basic strengthening of the body, the goal of our strength and conditioning program is to develop an individual's physical ability to effectively perform movements and techniques taught as part of the beginners program.
