The course is offered mobile at a client’s site or at our training facility. The course is designed for anyone who may be required to operate a mobile crane less than 15 tons.
The training focuses on the safe and efficient operation mobile crane on the work site. The training has been designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to safely and effectively use this equipment.
Training completion & certification:
Participants will receive a wallet sized card or ticket certifying that they have successfully completed & met the training requirements
CICT will provide proof of training completion to employers when requested
Training records are kept on file & participants, employers & sites may contact CICT for proof of training

The Beginning
CICT was the vision of two men who identified the need for standardized safety training for contractors based on industry needs and best practices.
A more comprehensive understanding of safe work practices based on current legislation and site specific needs were developed and drove CICT to where it is today. Worker and employee safety is our primary focus.

Low, Medium & High Angle Rescue course is offered by DSC Safety Services.
Participants will gain the knowledge and understanding of health and safety and the law, workplace health and safety, workplace inspections and incident investigations. Participants will also gain an understanding of the function/duties of Safety Committee Representatives and Committee members.
This course provides students a basic understanding of forklift operation, maintenance and load handling. It will also cover relevant federal and provincial legislative requirements applicable to the workplace.
Developed by Enbridge and Union Gas, the course covers natural gas awareness, legislative requirements, connection of heaters to the gas meter and safe operating procedures for natural gas construction heaters up to 400,000 BTU's.
This safety training course is designed to meet Part 5 of the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act.
