This 7 hr program involves classroom and hands-on use of a mobile elevating work platform (MEWP). The classroom portion covers the CSA standard and applicable sections of Ontario Reg 213/91. Where possible, workplace-specific equipment will be covered.
This 7 hr program involves classroom and hands-on use of a mobile elevating work platform (MEWP). The classroom portion covers the CSA standard and applicable sections of Ontario Reg 213/91.
Where possible, workplace-specific equipment will be covered. Case studies will look at accidents, root causes, and prevention of accidents.
The practical portion will cover pre-use inspection and function checks. Students will perform inspection and safely operate a MEWP in order to complete the course.

This program is a one day classroom / hands-on training program that includes all the course content from Confined Space Entry Level I program, which allows students the opportunity to apply and develop confidence with the use of rescue equipment in simulated entry/rescue scenarios.
