Montreal East Montessori Teacher Training Programs

We offer Montessori Teachers and Educators Diploma Courses, Workshops and Refresher Courses (replaced by the Online Montessori Certification) as well as Internships and Teaching Practice in collaboration with Montessori Host schools.Please review the different options offered by the Institute and do not delay to register; first-come, first-served. Our groups stay small (15-25 per group).

Infant and Toddler Montessori Teacher Program

Our aim is to provide teacher candidates with opportunities and resources to gain the necessary skills, knowledge and practical experiences to pursue a career as a caring, competent and qualified Montessori Infant and Toddler teacher-guide. There is high demand for qualified Montessori Infant and Toddler Teacher-Guides locally and internationally.  Our Infant and Toddler Montessori Teacher Program is MACTE accredited.

Early Childhood Montessori Education Training Program

Our mission is to provide children with the best possible educators : individuals who respect the child and can support each child's needs. Teacher candidates will explore the necessary tools to foster the child's growth and development while providing "hands-on" experiences that will encourage the child to develop a lifelong love and enthusiasm for discovery and learning.

Elementary Montessori Education Program

The goal of this Montessori Elementary Education Course is to provide a thorough understanding of The Secret of Childhood, to help them gain insights into the true nature of the child (6-9), to model the use of an impressive array of invaluable learning tools, and to demonstrate how respect for the child's "inner teacher" serves as the integrating principle for effective elementary education.
