This is a five-day course which offers a detailed understanding of the Management of Risk (MoR®) systems. An introduction to the Values, Approaches, Procedures and Embedding & Reviewing MoR® will be given which are the bases of MoR®.

Additionally, MoR®’s importance throughout the Organisation from Strategic, Programme, Project and Operational perspectives will be discussed.

 

Overview

The MoR® Foundation & Practitioner course is designed to help individuals and organisations manage their services, projects, and programmes effectively and consistently.

Management of Risk is a generic framework for embedding cost-effective, best-practice risk management across all parts of an organisation.

The course also explains how MoR® is important from the perspective of Strategic, Project, Programme, and Operational throughout the organisation.

 

Key Exam Details

In order to complete the course, the delegates must pass below two examinations:

MoR® Foundation Exam

  • Open Book Exam

  • Based on objective testing

  • Pass marks: 50%

  • Two questions of 20 marks each

  • Duration: 90 minutes

MoR® Practitioner Exam

  • Open Book Exam

  • Based on objective testing

  • Pass marks: 50%

  • Four questions of 20 marks each

  • Duration: 3 hours

Prerequisites

MoR® Foundation course has no specific prerequisites. However, it is expected that the delegates should have some working experience in an Operational or Programme, Project environment before attending the M_o_R® Foundation and Practitioner course.

Participants must pass the foundation exam during the course to then take the practitioner exam on the final day.
