Course Description
This 4-day course has a unique level of accreditation, attracting 10 SCQF points at Level 9 and accredited through Napier University, Edinburgh.

Though we started small a great ethos was built into the business in terms of its focus on delivering practical workplace first aid training in a way that learners understood and could apply confidently in emergencies.
The purpose of this course is to give the attendees the skills and all important confidence to design and deliver effective training courses. The course is suitable for those who already train but have never had any formal training themselves, or for people who are completely new to this.
Audience: Managers, supervisors or other staff members in the independent and voluntary sector establishments who have experience of moving and handling of people. Delegates should also have responsibility for delivering training or the ability and capacity to deliver training.
Establishing need in the mind of the learner
This two-day course will help you improve your skills, knowledge and experience in how you plan, design, deliver and evaluate training courses to meet the needs of your clients.
On completion, delegates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the course content. We will ensure that delegates understand the importance of maintaining all required standards throughout their tasks and that privacy, dignity, and respect are promoted.
