Why Practise Muay Thai?
Training in this art consists of partner padwork utilising hand pads, kick shields and thai pads, in addition to utilising skill sets through sparring (fighting training partners) in a safe and controlled environment.
Ronin Combat Institute was established in the year 2000 with the goal of creating a friendly and welcoming community of those who wish to be involved in various martial arts, and fitness.
