Multi Skilled Vigilance Steward

SynergenOG’s training and learning division SOG Academy, in collaboration with Skilleng International Academy, is excited to introduce a Professional Development programme for Multi Skilled Vigilance Stewards.

This 6-month course is tailored for individuals who have completed at least a 12th-grade education. The programme aims to provide participants with the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to excel as Multi Skilled Vigilance Stewards, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle various vigilance-related tasks and responsibilities.

The course curriculum is meticulously designed to cover essential aspects of vigilance and monitoring, offering an in-depth learning experience. Participants will gain valuable insights into areas such as surveillance operations, incident reporting, threat assessment, and emergency response coordination.

The programme's structure ensures that each topic is comprehensively explored, blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications. The primary objective of the Multi Skilled Vigilance Steward programme is to provide learners with a comprehensive foundation in vigilance principles and practices. This 6-month course is open to individuals who have completed or failed the 10th grade.

The programme aims to equip participants with the essential skills to effectively monitor, assess, and manage vigilance cases, ensuring prompt and accurate processing at all stages.

Learners will be trained to identify cases with a vigilance angle, prepare detailed charge-sheets, and meticulously handle witness documentation. By fostering a thorough understanding of vigilance procedures and standards, the course seeks to cultivate a proactive culture of vigilance within organizations.

Achieved Competencies

Upon completing the Multi Skilled Vigilance Steward programme, learners will achieve several key competencies. They will gain a deep understanding of surveillance techniques and incident reporting, becoming proficient in preparing charge-sheets, statements of imputations, and managing witness documentation.

Additionally, they will acquire skills to ensure the timely appointment of Inquiring Officers and support their investigations.

Learners will also learn to efficiently process Inquiry Officer reports and scrutinize final orders for potential review. Furthermore, they will develop the ability to assist in investigations conducted by the Central Bureau of Investigation.
