At Evolve we teach the New Zealand Association of Modern Dance syllabus for Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Tap and Contemporary. This syllabus taught correctly can give pupils the skills to pursue a career in dance both in New Zealand and abroad.
It challenges children of all abilities and helps lay the foundations necessary for a career in dance while also catering for children who may be looking for a physical outlet and just love to dance.
Both international and New Zealand choreographers have come together to create hundreds of exercises and dancers that are taught across the country. At Evolve we love to support New Zealand owned and operated companies and the New Association of Modern Dance embodies all the values we wish to instill in our pupils.
We introduce musicals through one song and one ensemble script. activities are peppered throughout the training in order to facilitate retention. focus on fun and creativity. primary age, non-graded, non-auditioned.Â
Offering an awesome experience at junior, intermediate and senior levels in the Tauranga school.
A class for teens who adore musical theatre! This class is different to our very popular Saturday combo classes. In Saturday combo, children receive lessons in dance, drama and singing every week with a focus on creativity as well as skills.
These classes are a mixture of dancing, drama and singing and are great fun.
Musical Theatre Course is Offered by Auckland Academy of Dance.
