This includes joint mobilisation, plies, tendus, adage, stretching, floor work and abdominal strengthening. We then move across the floor with kicks, turns and leaps.
The final part of the class is dedicated to learning and dancing the combination. This is usually a track from a musical or inspired by musical theatre technique. All levels are welcome.
