Long Island Nail Skin & Hair Institute is conveniently located in Levittown, Long Island, New York, and has been successfully training the future of the beauty industry for over 22 years. Our beauty school in Nassau County includes spa rooms where students have the opportunity to get hands-on experience.
Our students will be working with real clients in a variety of services, including facial treatments, waxing, body treatments, manicures and pedicures, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and airbrush tanning.
The continually growing campus of our Nassau County beauty school includes a beauty boutique where students can buy professional products. Our school also offers a beauty lounge hosting a variety of vendors and partners demonstrating the latest trends and technology in the industry.
Manicuring course is offered by the Leon’s Beauty School for all skill levels. Our objective is to prepare the student for a career in the beauty industry and related fields so that they can become well qualified and responsible employees.
Nail Arta training is offered by BGM Science of Beauty and Business for all skill level. Coach Angela has been a licensed nail tech for over 30 years and is also a licensed esthetician, certified elementary school teacher and personal trainer.
You will learn the care, beautification of the hands and especially, the care and painting of the nails without having many other occupations typical of the area.
A student shall spend 600 hours in the study of nail technology which is concerned with the science of beautifying hands, feet and nails.
The Cosmetology program is comprised of hair and scalp treatments, hair care rinses, hair shaping, hair arranging, chemical waving and relaxing, hair coloring, facials, skin care, hair removal, manicuring/pedicuring, professional business-building skills in management and career development.
