Our university
The University of Victoria is recognized annually as one of Canada's top universities by external surveys and UVic students alike. In 2015, UVic was ranked in the 201-250 band in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings, placing the university among the world’s top colleges and universities. UVic also earned top-three finishes in eight of the 14 key performance indicators used by Maclean’s magazine.
Each class consists of guided meditations and teachings that we can contemplate and practice throughout the week.
In this three day intensive workshop, students receive eight Karuna Reiki symbols, one Master symbol plus the Holy Fire symbol.
The Mental Health Awareness program is an introductory course with the aim of increasing mental health literacy, decreasing the stigma associated with this topic and building the confidence of participants to help others.
This course will provide training to perform cupping therapy and use functional cupping to help with improving joint mobility and deep facial release.
The student will learn how to practice Reiki in their daily life with a focus on self-healing.
