This qualification aims to: provide learners with more in-depth knowledge of the use of counselling skills in everyday life and work, and the approaches that underpin the use of these skills.

This BPCA course is for anyone who will deliver training. Before attending the classroom section of the course you will be asked to join the eLearning community and to carry out a number of readings and tasks.
