This qualification will support learners towards an understanding of food safety in preparation for food hygiene qualifications. This qualification does not replace Food Hygiene Certificates.

This qualification aims to develop your knowledge and understanding of the key principles of information, advice or guidance and applying these within their own context.
There are now over 100 partner schools worldwide which offer LTTC teacher training programmes. Students can take our courses by distance learning or in a classroom environment.
You are assigned a personal tutor as soon as you enrol, who will give you help and guidance through the course as well as mark your assignments and give you personal feedback.
