The NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health is an examined core qualification for people who have part of their role at work involved in health and safety at work.
On successful completion of the qualification, a Certificate holder with five years experience in a Health and Safety role may apply for Technician membership (Tech IOSH) of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), the major UK professional body in the field.
