The Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC) is an independent body with the mandate to regulate the profession of architecture in the interest of the public through a responsive framework.The AIBC was established in 1920 by provincial statute, and since 2023, has governed the profession under the authority of the Professional Governance Act.

By the end of this course, participants will develop capacity and skills to apply to resolving workplace conflicts with tact and skill.
To better understand the structure and dynamics of conflicts and to develop strategies and methods towards more effective intervention.
At this workshop you will practice what you learn to enable you to apply the skills more readily when you return to your workplace. You are encouraged to bring examples of situations you would like to resolve.
This course will help you cultivate the skills necessary to help manage conflict and ultimately to decrease the presence of conflict in the workplace.
