You will acquire insights on how to negotiate effectively in complex environments, including those that entail uncertainty, complex issues, emotions and seeming irrationality, intense pressure from competitors, negotiating from a position of weakness, and negotiating in multi-party environments.
You will analyze real-world negotiation cases, engage in negotiation role-plays, receive feedback on your strategies and performance, debate alternative approaches, and work together to discover strategies for successful negotiations.
