Neurolinguistic programming is commonly referred to as NLP. It is defined as “a therapy designed to alter behaviour by reprogramming unconscious patterns of thought.” NLP was co-created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the early 1970s. They both worked in San Francisco.
The Meta Model is a set of questions designed to specify information, challenge and expand the limits to a person’s model of the world. It responds to the distortions, generalizations, and deletions in the speaker’s language.
NLP is short for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. NLP is frequently known as "the user's manual for your mind." Studying NLP gives us insight into how our thinking patterns can affect every aspect of our lives.
NLP allows us to increase our self-awareness and develop our own powerful strategies to make highly effective, positive change in our daily life.
