This course is designed to give students the knowledge and skills required to effectively lead a team. It focuses on applying appropriate and effective approaches to manage relationships, including resolving conflicts. With an emphasis on implementing professional and ethical behaviour, it champions leadership which promotes an inclusive environment and celebrates diversity. The course demonstrates to learners how adapting appropriate leadership styles to suit different situations, and using effective communication tools can lead to successful team outcomes.

Achieving Productivity
This course is designed to give students the knowledge and skills required to ensure organisational objectives are achieved through meeting productivity and performance targets. It includes applying a number of tools to effectively communicate and manage individual and group performance to achieve operational strategies.
