The course demonstrates to learners how adapting appropriate leadership styles to suit different situations, and using effective communication tools can lead to successful team outcomes.

This course is designed to give students the knowledge and skills required to ensure organisational objectives are achieved through meeting productivity and performance targets. It includes applying a number of tools to effectively communicate and manage individual and group performance to achieve operational strategies.
