Do that well, and your success in this commission-based industry will directly reflect your dedication and hard work. This is the qualification you need to apply for a salesperson’s license via the Real Estate Authority (REA), to facilitate the sale and purchase of property in New Zealand.

  • Law for real estate licensees. Study the laws relevant to land ownership, building structures and council compliance.
