About Our Founder

Mr. Rajeev Kumar M.S is an International Certified Professional Trainer in Design and Facilitation of Experiential Learning from IIPE Canada. He is the founder and CEO of Mind Craft Academy – a life skills training organization based in Thiruvananthapuram. He is a trainer by choice and passion.

Rajeev Kumar M.S is a certified practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) from International Institute for Professional Excellence, Canada. He is a certified psychological counselor. He has also undergone training in various behavioral science such as Transactional Analysis, Hypnosis, Outbound Training (OBT), Creative Selling Process.
