Noise Awareness Training Course

This 3.5 hour course is suitable for all staff that require to have an understanding of the hazards associated with noise exposure in the workplace and how noise exposure should be managed. After the 3.5 hour course staff will:

• Have an understanding of the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005
• Be provided with general information on the make up of the ear and the effect noise has on the ear drums
• Understand the noise exposure values within the workplace
• Understand the risk assessment process and how to conduct a Noise Risk Assessment

At the end of the course the delegates will be given a short written assessment to ensure they have understood the main points of the course.
