About Norwegian Languages Proficiency Test as per CEFR Levels

• A1 Level: The exam usually consists of three sections – Listening, Reading and Writing, and Speaking. The total duration is approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes.

• A2 Level: The exam usually consists of four sections – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The total duration is approximately 4 hours.

• B1 Level: The exam usually consists of four sections – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The total duration is approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes.

• B2 Level: The exam usually consists of four sections – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The total duration is approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes.

• C1 Level: The exam usually consists of four sections – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The total duration is approximately 5 hours.

In terms of what you will learn in a Norwegian language course, it will vary depending on the level you are studying. However, generally speaking, you will learn how to speak, read, write and listen in Norwegian, as well as grammar and vocabulary.
