This includes having a basic understanding of the industry, the dangers of working in the industry and their roles and responsibilities for performing rigging and fleeting loads tasks.
Who Should Attend?
This course is aimed at those who require a formal qualification for operating in rigging and fleeting loads. We will conduct a learner analysis to identify the duration of training required for those with limited or no experience, whereas experienced operators can attend a one day refresher course.

The LEEA Stage 1 Rigging & Lifting is an introductory level course. Learners with limited or no knowledge of rigging, lifting and slinging techniques will benefit from this training and will be able to gain entry level into the industry.
We train delegates how to sling and signal a crane load safely and effectively.
Slinger/Signaller Course is offered by DSW Training. All of our training is carried out on your premises using your equipment: The benefit of this is that the operators are trained on the actual equipment they will be operating.
NPORS 402 – Slinger Signaller – course will give you the skills to carry out, Pre-Use Inspections of Lifting Tackle, Slinging Angles & Techniques, Load Movement & Effects to Lifting Equipment swell as Calculating Safe Working Loads & various other associated tasks.
