RCC offers 24 associate degree programs, 6 credit-based certificate programs, 13 non-credit professional certification programs, 30+ lifelong learning and fitness classes, and customized incumbent worker training programs.

This class will teach you the skills, knowledge and abilities to care for patients of long-term care facilities. You will learn how to provide safety and preventive measures in the care of patients as well as how to function as a member of the health care team.
Students will learn how to provide basic nursing care to residents and learn how to communicate effectively based on the psychosocial needs of residents and their families.
A Certified Nursing Assistant, or CNA, helps patients or clients with healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN). E.D.P.
The Nurse Aide I training program is a 162-hour, non–credit course that prepares graduates to provide personal care and perform basic nursing skills. Emphasis is on the process of aging including the mental, social, and physical needs of each client.
