Real Estate Agents play a pivotal role in guiding and facilitating various aspects of property transactions, including buying, selling, letting, financing, and managing immovable property and businesses.
It is legislated by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) that to be a full-status real estate Property Practitioner, you must be found competent in the outcomes-based NQF Level 4 Real Estate.

Fidelity Fund Certification
A fidelity fund certificate is only mandatory when the learner is ready to start the Work Experience Modules. This ensures that learners are fully prepared and compliant with industry standards before beginning their practical training. A candidate property practitioner holding a FFC from 01st July 2024, should register for this qualification within 180 days of obtaining the FFC.
Program Structure
The program is delivered through a learner management system, with online classes and recordings available for revision. In-person available on request. Tools and resources provided for completing the Work Experience Portfolio in a workplace setting under the supervision of your principal or mentor.
