This 2 day training course consists of a overall presentation of the basis for the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations, followed by participation exercises in using the Act and Regulations to determine the rights and responsibilities of the various parties in the workplace in respect to the Act.
Additional exercises using the Regulations to determine how the regulations apply to carry out various types of operations in the workplace.
