Occupational Safety & Health (OSH)

This training is more for Office Staffs to prevent accidents and work related Hazards and disease and to comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH Act 1994 Act 514) for workers in the office.

It is important to create a comfortable working environment so that workers feel less exhausted and stressed in places where they have to spend long hours. To create a comfortable working environment is important, will enable workers to put their abilities to use more effectively and revitalize workplaces.

The office can be a healthy and comfortable place to work in if the correct combination of these element is maintained. In some of the larger offices, workers may experience some ill-health effect which may be due to the office environment (e.g. headaches, lethargy, eye, nose throat problems, stress and etc.) and require competent investigation.

Course Objective:

• Identify the various field of Safety and risk Management
• Identify and describe the organization of regulatory that deal with issues of OSH
• Define and understand basic terminology used in the field of OSH
• Evaluate the financial and human Impact of occupational injuries and illness.
