Depending on the project it may take more than one session, but we can talk and plan together before scheduling
Community engagement is a cornerstone of our values, and all of your purchases and contributions go towards paying our rent and help to support time spent teaching free sewing classes to youth in our neighborhood, and community art.
Private sessions can be only be purchased in 1-hour increments, can be used between both locations. Each 1-hour session is individually skill based and led. Private sessions are geared toward much younger students and students needing help with their specific personal machine.
Your child will learn and understand many techniques and concepts of sewing
Use your ScanNCut machine to cut quilt pieces! In this class, you will learn how to cut fabric for quilting (quilt pieces). You will not need CanvasWorkspace for this class.
Let’s make pants that fit. We all just need a little help. We will draft a basic pant pattern from a template based on your unique measurements, then sew a muslin to test and refine fit.
This class is for intermediate adult sewists. Here you can choose a pattern and work through it with my guidance, and lots of encouragement from fellow classmates on their own sewing journeys.
