What is Primavera P6 PPM?

Primavera P6 PPM (Project Portfolio Management) is a powerful software developed by Oracle Corporation for project management and planning. Primavera P6 PPM provides a comprehensive set of tools and functionalities that enable project managers and teams to effectively plan, execute, and control projects of various sizes and complexities.

This course leads participants through the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution. Topics include adding activities, assigning resources, and creating a baseline. Participants also gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling.
