Organizational Conflict Relationship

Students explore conflicts that happen at work settings and how leaders and managers of the organization can address these situations and convert them into an opportunity for learning and growth.

Conflict Resolution Module:
We provide the students with a practice-oriented approach on conflict management and resolution so that not only do they know what to use and when, but they also know what it feels like to use what they learn in a real-life situation. 
Course Overview:
In this module, we explore conflicts that happen at work settings and how leaders and managers of the organization can address these situations and convert them into an opportunity for learning and growth.
The trick is to identify latent and perceived conflicts before they manifest into an open conflict.

Encouraging healthy conflicts to resolve issues are a great way to bring out alternate ideas.

The student will be briefed on the methodology and framework for resolving conflicts and how to identify which technique, such as compromising, open negotiation, mediation and offsite discussions, to use and when in order to resolve conflicts.
