Due to limited spaces, classes at Baltimore Chef Shop are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we will be happy to transfer your registration to a different class given 48-hours notice. While cancellations within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for transfers, we welcome you to send a friend in your place!
We are an award winning cooking school, with a reputation as the teaching kitchen for those who hope to be challenged and to learn something new.
This interactive and intimate event includes a welcome cocktail paired with appetizers, including polenta fries, arancini, meatballs, and escarole salad. After this, you will get to make your own pizza with your favorite toppings
There are many types of pizza. In this class everyone will make two different doughs; one to make a traditional Chicago style deep dish pizza and the other to make a flat bread pizza and even a dessert pizza.
Students will learn how to make homemade pizza including pizza sauce and pizza dough. Students will also make fresh chocolate chip cookies. Open for Ages 6 and up.
Learn to make your own naturally leavened starter for pizza dough, and leave with a pizza fresh from our deck oven for lunch!
So much nicer for the home cook than pizza – these stuffed “pizzas” can be filled as you like, served hot, or frozen for down the road and easily reheated. No baking stone or brick ovens required to get an amazing calzone out of your oven!
