Course Details

The training regimen includes elements of basic to Intermediate level Parkour, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Animal Movements, Animal Flow and Obstacle Course Training.

If you are a beginner or advanced, you will be challenged through variety of creative dynamic floor exercises, bar workouts, multiple progressive exercises from the simplest of quadrupedal movements to advanced elements such as muscle-ups, clap push-ups, pistol squats and more. 

Fitness becomes a by-product of this program while you learn fundamental skills such as Headstands, Handstands, Cartwheels and lots of interesting skills together with the fitness work. 

This program welcomes everyone with any fitness level. Every exercise is worked through understanding of proper technique and form.

If you are a beginner, you will learn it all from the base with clarity and if you are already better, you will be improvised on your form with tougher variations.
