Investment in development
Central Training Services encourages each member of our staff; instructors, support staff and management, to advance themselves and as a result everyone has achieved at least one Vocational Qualification in a related field and all staff continue to refresh and develop their skills. In recognition of these achievements, every 3 years since 1997, we have been successfully re-assessed for The Investors in People Award.

Annually, since 1994, BSI has successfully re-assessed our quality system to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008. Our latest achievement has been to be successfully re-assessed for the Gold Award from Healthy Working Lives; further proof that Central Training Services practice what we preach in relation to looking after, and training, staff.

We can advise individuals or companies on all aspects of staff development, offering solutions to your particular requirements. If we can not deliver the course you require, we can normally source a provider for you and will pass the details on to you, at no cost.
