We currently offer a two-hour private macaron class with our Executive Pastry Chef for a minimum of $1200. This class can have up to 8 people in it and will be a hands-on experience of making macarons from scratch.
This summer, we’re offering our five-part Art of Baking & Pastry series for kids ages 8-12! These fun and approachable classes explore the fundamentals of baking and pastry and is taught by our Executive Pastry Chef.
Dumplings, Pastry and Biscuit Making class is offered by Premier Cakes for all ages and skill levels. Premier Cakes is widely recognized, throughout the state and often the country as a premier bakery that can be depended upon for consistently high quality cakes & desserts, routinely!
Whether you’ve tried to make them before and had some challenges or never tried to make them but just love to eat them this is the workshop for you.
