We currently offer a two-hour private macaron class with our Executive Pastry Chef for a minimum of $1200. This class can have up to 8 people in it and will be a hands-on experience of making macarons from scratch.
Each participant will make their own batch of dozen from start to finish and be able to take home the recipe used during the class. Included in the class is a glass of welcome bubbles or coffee drink, all of the ingredients used during the class, and your two-hour guided baking experience in the kitchen of our downtown location, Gallery Pastry Bar.
