Pattern-Cutting Theory For Dressmakers

This 5 week course is for dressmakers that want the knowledge to adapt paper patterns into their own design.

If you can never find exactly the right pattern this is the course for you. It is a  practical course to give you the confidence to choose the right pattern, select the correct size and change the pattern details to the design you want.

At the end of the course you will have a comprehensive notebook of pattern-cutting theory as it relates to the female form.

This course does not cover sewing skills, a basic knowledge of garment construction is necessary. This course is targeted at dresses, blouses and skirts.

If you are under 18 and studying full time at college please check with your form tutor that this course fits in ok with your study time and exams.
