The pediatric advanced life support (pals) provider course is designed for healthcare providers who initiate and direct basic through advanced life support. Course concepts are designed to be used throughout the stabilization and transport phases for both in-hospital and out-ofhospital pediatric emergencies.
In this course, students will enhance their skills in the evaluation and management of an infant or child with respiratory compromise, circulatory compromise, or cardiac arrest.

A classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, pals treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics.
