Our Perfect Your Pastry Course covers the basics of how to make pastry in a day. You don't need to be scared of pastry - our simple methods taught from our expert teacher will give you plenty of techniques to take home.
From scrumptious and sweet tarts to sizzling savouries. we've got it covered in our pastry course. By the end of your session you will be better equipped with skills in sweet, shortcrust and rough puff pastries. On the day recipes will include fruit and savoury tarts and our famous Bakewell. We will be sharing lots of hints and tips to help you on your way to perfecting your pastry.
Joining Instructions:
Coffee and freshly baked pastries will be served 30 minutes before the course begins. The course will start promptly at the advertised time. Lunch with a glass of wine will also be included. We provide all equipment, including aprons here at the Hobbs House Bakery Cookery School, so all you need on the day is yourselves and a passion for baking.
