We offer Life Coaching to help people improve their confidence. That can be directed at certain events or something that the client needs to overcome. Life Coaching is also offered for those clients working towards a certain goal. That goal could be to get a new job or to run a marathon.
We can offer many different techniques including visualizations to help the client reach and go beyond their goals. We offer life coaching for those client stuck with limiting beliefs or those clients who want to improve their self esteem. Life Coaching is also for those trying to improve their resilience intelligence, to overcome obstacles to move forward on their life's journey.
I have always had the passion in me to encourage people. I searched for many years to find my purpose and now I have found it. I have been inspired by many people. These people have helped me find my purpose. Like is says in the good book "man without purpose is dead". Being a person of action i decided to enroll on an accredited life coaching course in Belfast.
I studied under Leah McStravick of McStravick Institute of Coaching in Belfast. I under went both Life & Community and Business & Executive Coaching courses to Level 7. These courses are accredited by the ILM and endorsed by the Association of Coaching. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of learning and look to to continuing my journey in the world of coaching!
My background is in sales. I have been in the sales industry since finishing my degree at Queens'. I have had the privilege of working for one of the best sales companies in the Belfast marketplace over the vast majority of that time. I am passionate about seeing people and businesses achieve their capacity.
