We exist to help all self-identifying women in Nottinghamshire reach their full potential, have their voices heard, and overcome barriers to create a better future for themselves and their children.
Drop-in and see
We’re also a free, safe community space in Nottingham City Centre where any self-identifying woman can drop in for a cup of tea in our Welcome Space or relax and browse our Women’s Library.
There’s no need to book unless you’re coming along for a specific service or activity, so pop in any time during our opening hours to have a look around.
Our Impact
Our staff do an incredible job of supporting women in Nottinghamshire with financial and emotional support as well as advice, learning courses, volunteer opportunities and lots more!
We’re proud of all the ways we are a continual support to women, as well as a loud voice advocating for women’s rights and policy change across the UK.
Personal development training is geared to work on behaviours which will help you to improve your chances of success, confidence and better communication. These like our other programmes can be run with groups or one to one training sessions.
Training and development professionals involved in the process of training needs analysis, coordinating and organizing training programs, and evaluating the results of training.
This course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to support them to achieve their potential. Participants will develop their understanding of key theories of communication, motivation and emotional intelligence.
Our training program is designed to teach you universal professional skills that will enhance your performance and make you more successful at work.
We deliver courses to specialist teams, including PhD and postdoctoral researchers, to develop your skills, competence and confidence.
