The approach
Our programme is separated into two distinct parts which can be run on adjoining days or separated by a week to allow ‘embedding time’.

How would it work (in brief)?
A programme of development would be discussed and synthesised to suit the exact requirements of you or the group of people you have in mind.
Once agreed the delegate(s) would be required to complete a simple questionnaire which would enable us to better understand and analyse the specific needs and make
final adjustments to the programme to ensure an exact client – facilitator match.
Objectives
The personal development process enables individuals to achieve critical personal changes, specifically to:
Updating personal identity, attitude, values and beliefs
Increase congruency and satisfaction
Release blocks which have been restricting the realisation of personal potential
