Our History
Prolog Training was established in 1995, with the aim of providing high quality and effective computer training to UK business customers at competitive prices. Today we have a large team of expert trainers who are able to deliver on site training to most areas of England and some parts of Wales. Of course, our training is also available online wherever you are in the world.
What We Do
We provide a range of computer training courses and services which cover the essential skills to succeed in today's demanding workplace, specialising in Microsoft applications.
We offer a friendly and professional service, and are passionate about delivering service excellence. Our team of trainers are highly experienced, and we take pride in the excellent long term relationships we've developed with our customers over the years.

All of our training sessions are run for one customer at a time - we don't do public courses. Mostly, it's for groups of 4 or 5 people at a time, though we're happy teaching up to 10 people at once, or individuals if required.
Training Style
We think people learn more effectively in a relaxed, informal atmosphere - so you'll find our instructors to be friendly and approachable. If there's something you don't understand, just ask. We're there to help!
Our training program is designed to teach you universal professional skills that will enhance your performance and make you more successful at work.
To ensure we are successful, we take time to understand the client’s context. We carry out observation in the field and learn firsthand the issues and prevalent mindsets, behaviours and processes that are preventing achievement.
Communication is the key to success in relationships, both in business and in our personal lives. As a training organisation, we know all about communication; if we didn’t communicate effectively, our training would be ineffective.
New clerks will be able to develop their understanding of clerking and develop essential knowledge and skills, whilst experienced clerks will be able to enhance and develop their competencies and expertise.
The focus of the first day is Interpersonal effectiveness and is a highly interactive and engaging exploration of perceptions and practises that either hinder or help how effective we are in all aspects of our daily lives – this will be a truly eye-opening experience
