All Insurance courses offered at A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute are approved and certified by the New York State Department of Financial Services

NY State Approved pre-licensing course. All students must complete a minimum of 43 hours and receive a passing grade of 70% or higher on the final examination in order to receive a course completion certificate. The person must complete the pre-licensing course prior to sitting for the State examination.

This course will cover the topics such as Insurance Regulation, General Insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance Basics, Dwelling Policies, Homeowner Policies, Personal Auto Policies, and other coverages.
