Our leadership team is comprised of experts who have over a decade of experience working with corporates and multi-national companies catering to various industries.

Peter Paul

Chairman & Co-founder

Peter is an aspiring leader in the world of customer service having worked as a trainer and manager for several years with multi-national companies. He has also worked as the Head of HR for 7 years at a reputed retail organisation. Peter is passionate about teaching, and also conducts personal counselling sessions.

Having an overall working experience of 18 years, he formed SpeakZone Academy with a goal to help society groom and achieve their dream
personality or career.

Richard M. Howardson

CEO & Co-founder

A poet, a writer, and a corporate professional with over 10 years of experience working with several companies, Richard has worn many hats during his professional journey, including a Manager, and a Trainer before founding SpeakZone Academy with his long-time friend and former colleague, Peter.

He has made it his mission to be able to provide employment opportunities to all.

Gaurav Vargante

Chief Managing Director

Gaurav, an MBA Graduate from ICFAI Business School, has more than 12 years of extensive experience in HR Domain. He has also worked as the Head of the Human Resources Department in Polyrub Extrusions, a leading manufacturer of automobile spare-parts. He plays a key role in managing our daily business affairs.
