This course will provide learners with the understanding of essential Program Management terminology, tools and techniques required to plan and manage a large project to international best practice standards.

This course together with intense learning over a period of 10 weeks will prepare the delegate to write and pass the PfMP® exam and become an internationally accredited Program Manager.

This course is a 35-hour face to face course designed to prepare delegates to accomplish the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) certification in professional Portfolio Management. It covers all performance domains required in Portfolio Management.

The delivery format comprises of the following methods:

  • 5-day fast track

These delivery methods will meet the required 35 hours of contact time to qualify the delegate for entry into the PfMP exam.

Once delegates have completed this course they will need to study the course content usually for about 4 to 12 weeks before writing their certification exam.
